When I mentioned it on the air, I accidentally said TORNADO WARNING! I didn't realize what I had said until the phones lit up and the listeners were freaking out. I went on the air and corrected myself, but I think I really scared ALOT of people that night. What annoys me: Anyone who is still driving over the age of 80. Come On! It's time to turn in the keys! What Makes me laugh: My kids and The Griper Group---You know who you are girls! You'd be shocked to know: Besides radio, I work as a CNA (certified nurse aide) and my house is very clean at all times I wouldn't leave the house without: My Cellphone...Make up....and my purse What I believe in: Everything Happens for a reason. |

Hi There!
Lol Sorry I haven't updated my profile for awhile. Life has been pretty crazy! My daughter recently started cheer practice for the Kettering Youth Firebirds. She had taken a couple of years off from cheering, and is excited to be back in it. My son just started 7th grade football for KMS. The football conditioning has been kicking his butt. It is a pretty intense workout, but he and I both know it will get better once he starts to get back into shape. So with both of my kids active in football AND cheerleading, you can find me at the KMS fields frm 4p to 8pm during the week. Lol it doesn't leave much time for alot of anything else, but that's ok. I love football season!!
I'm pumped up about the Def Leppard concert coming up this month at the Nutter Center. Everyone who knows me, knows I'm a HUGE Def Leppard fan! I've seen them probably 4 or 5 times over the years and they ROCK everytime. I'm looking forward to seeing Billy Idol too. I've never seen him in concert before. I recently took my daughter and her friend to Riverbend to see the Jonas Brothers and Avril Lavigne. That was an interesting concert. The girls had a blast so that's all that mattered lol.
I recently bought a Wii!! In my very little "spare time", I love playing Rock Band and American Idol Encore. lol I'm not very good at Rock Band, so I'm usually the singer in the band (which is scary lol). That's the only way that I can gain points though lol. It's been fun playing the Wii with my kids this summer. It has given us some good quality time. Especially when we play games like bowling and baseball together on the Wii AND THEY BEAT ME!! They think it's funny when they beat me. Oh well, I'd rather sing on the Wii lol.
Other than that, nothing too much has been going on this summer. Now that football and cheer is in full swing, my life will be crazy busy, especially with Back-To-School coming up around the corner.
